Drag these to your own figures. Nothing is sent anywhere, and the defaults are the real numbers from a photography and music duo currently paying £350 a month.

What you pay now

£4,200 a year

Paid whether or not a single couple replies.

Your cost per booking

£525

29.2% of the revenue it brings you. Above 15% the channel is not working.

The same year on Perfect My Wedding

How it works

Six promises

Nothing to join, for a year

A full profile, photographs, prices, calendar, widgets and reviews. No joining fee, no listing fee, nothing monthly. After the first year it is £30 a year, paid once.

Position is not for sale

Ranking rewards replying quickly, filling in your profile and getting booked. No fee moves you up, including ours.

No charge per enquiry

You are never charged for a lead, so we have no reason at all to send you a bad one.

10% of what you are booked for

The couple pays into your own Stripe account. Our share comes off as it arrives, so there is nothing to invoice and no bill to pay.

No monthly contract

No direct debit, no twelve month commitment at hundreds a month, and nobody to telephone when you want to leave.

Your reviews are yours

Export them any time, including on the way out. We do not delete accounts to punish people for leaving.

Founding members

Everyone who joins before we open to the public is a founding member: a permanent badge, a free year, and a say in what gets built next. You know the photographers, florists and bands you like working with, and they can join the same way you did.

  • ✦Nothing to pay to be here. Not this year, and £30 a year after that. The only thing we ever take is 10 percent of a wedding you were actually booked and paid for.
  • ✦A permanent founding badge. On your profile, for as long as you are here.
  • ✦Your rate locked for life. Whatever the membership costs later, yours stays at £30.
  • ✦Invitations to hand out. Five, for suppliers you genuinely rate.

How the money moves

You are paid after the wedding, not chased for it

Wedding suppliers spend their lives chasing balances. Here the money is already collected and sitting in a client account before the day, so there is nothing to chase and nothing to write off.

1

Couple pays into your account

It lands in your own Stripe account the moment they pay. You can see it. Nobody can spend it yet.

2

You get the date, confirmed

It comes out of your calendar here immediately, so nobody else can enquire for it.

3

You do the wedding

Everything between you and the couple stays in one thread, so there is a record if it is ever needed.

4

Paid 2 days later

90% lands in your account. The two days give the couple a hangover-length window to raise anything.

The one rule

Bookings that start here have to be paid for here. Taking payment off-platform for a couple who found you through us means no held payment protecting them, no verified review for you, and it closes your account. It is the only thing we are strict about, and it is what lets everything else stay free.

Cancellation terms are yours

Set your own free window and late charge. Ours defaults to 30 days and 50%, and because the money is already sitting there it is actually enforced.

No chasing balances

Collected up front, held, released after. You never send a payment reminder again.

No chargeback roulette

Disputes come to us with the whole message thread attached, not to your bank six weeks later.

If you sell more than one thing

One profile. Every service.

A photographer who also DJs. A florist who styles. A caterer with a bar. On every other UK directory a business belongs to exactly one category, so you become two listings, two review histories and two subscriptions, with nowhere to say "book both and save".

Here it is one profile with as many services as you offer, a bundle price you set, and no commission at all on the second service. The more of your work a couple books, the cheaper we get.

Written down so you can hold us to it

Things we will never do

  • ✕No monthly contract you cannot get out of
  • ✕No charge for receiving an enquiry
  • ✕No debt collection agency
  • ✕No premium tier invented above the one you bought
  • ✕No account manager you did not ask for
  • ✕No paying twice because you sell two things
  • ✕No listing built from scraped data without your say-so

Every one of these is something UK wedding suppliers publicly report happening to them.

Included with membership

Put your diary on your own website

One line of code and a couple visiting your own site can check whether you are available on their date, see your live prices and book you with the money protected. Your reviews stop going stale and you stop answering emails about dates you were never available for.

Works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and plain HTML. Yes, each one links back to us. That is the trade, and we would rather say so.

Boost

£19 to £49 a month, published, cancel any time

Boost at £19 gives you Insights (search appearances, profile views, where they came from, how many became briefs, and how you compare with your trade), an offer banner on your listing, and room for more films and more people. Boost Plus at £49 adds short-notice dates: open dates in the next twelve weeks, shown to couples in a strip marked Promoted below the search results. It does not buy a higher position in search, because that is not for sale. If you never take it, nothing about your listing gets worse.

1,755 businesses across 30 categories are already here, holding 2 reviews and 7 verified bookings between them.

What it looks like for your business

The numbers, the questions and the way couples find you are different for a venue than for a cake maker. Pick yours.

Before you ask

Questions wedding businesses ask us

+

How much does it cost to list?

Free for your first year, then £30 a year, paid once rather than monthly. There is no joining fee and nothing per enquiry. On top of the membership we take 10% of bookings made through the site, and only after the wedding has happened.

+

Do you charge for enquiries?

No. You are never charged for receiving an enquiry or a brief, so we have no reason to send you a bad one.

+

Can I pay to appear higher in search?

No, and nor can any of the other businesses here. Results are ordered by how quickly you reply, bookings verified here, reviews from those bookings, how complete your profile is and distance to the couple's venue.

+

When do I get paid?

The couple pays when they book and we hold the money. It is released to you 2 days after the wedding with the commission already taken off, so there is nothing to invoice and no balance to chase.

+

What if I sell more than one service?

List every service on one profile under one membership, and set a bundle price if you want to sell them together. We take no commission on the second service in a bundle.

+

Can I bring my existing reviews?

Yes. Reviews from elsewhere appear on your profile, marked and linked to the original. Only reviews from bookings made here count towards your star rating, which keeps the rating honest under UK consumer law.

+

What happens to my reviews if I leave?

They are yours. Export them at any time, including on the way out. We never delete an account to punish somebody for leaving.
