Fig & Thistle DJs
We only take one wedding a day
This business is invented. Fig & Thistle DJs is one of the example listings we built to show how a real one works. The photographs, prices, reviews and availability are all generated, and no enquiry sent here reaches anybody.
What they do
Services
Ceremony music, a set through the drinks reception, then DJ until close. One set-up, no changeover gap.
Ask for this in your brief and they quote on it. See other music and djs.
Their work
Where they work
Based in Stamford, West Midlands. Travels up to 20 miles as standard.
Also covers Cardiff, North Yorkshire, Shropshire.
Travel beyond the radius is agreed directly with you. Coverage is free to set here, never sold county by county.
About
A Stamford outfit that cares more about the day running well than about the shot list. Most of our work comes from venues and past couples.
Before you ask
Questions they get
+How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book us 12 to 18 months out, but if your date is free we can move quickly.

A deposit to hold the date, then the balance four weeks before. Bank transfer or card.
+Can we meet first?
Always. A video call or a coffee, whichever suits, at no cost and with no pressure.
+Do you have insurance?
Full public liability and professional indemnity. Happy to send certificates to your venue.
+Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No. Your day is the only thing in my diary.
